Modular application platform

CoreFrame — One frame for operational software.

CoreFrame runs the software your operations depend on, starting with CoreFrame Mail: marketing email for companies with more than one brand.

  • Dedicated instance per company
  • Brand-level isolation
  • Every action audited

01/ Why it exists

Sending a marketing email is easy. Sending it correctly, for several brands, to lists that change every day, is not.

The failures are rarely dramatic. They are quiet, and they cost trust:

  1. 01The same person receives one campaign twice.
  2. 02An unsubscribe is recorded, and the next campaign goes out anyway.
  3. 03A cancelled campaign keeps sending what was already queued.
  4. 04Someone working on one brand can open another brand’s contacts.
  5. 05A provider key ends up visible on a screen it was never meant for.

CoreFrame Mail is built so that none of these can happen.

02/ CoreFrame Mail

From audience to results, brand by brand.

Keep audiences clean, write on-brand campaigns, send them with full control and see exactly what happened, all in one place, with every brand kept properly apart.

See every workflow
  1. Brand

Pick the brand you are working on. Senders, templates and audience follow it.

  2. Audience

Import, group and clean contacts. Unsubscribes and suppressions always win.

  3. Content

Compose in the visual builder or in HTML, with merge tags and brand defaults.

  4. Send

Schedule or send now. Pause, resume or cancel while it runs.

  5. Learn

Delivered, opened, clicked, bounced and unsubscribed, per campaign.

03/ What “correct” means

Six things CoreFrame Mail always does.

  1. 01

    Unsubscribed stays unsubscribed.

Suppression is checked when the audience is built and again just before each message goes out. Bounces and spam complaints suppress future sends too.

  2. 02

    One person, one message.

A contact in several selected groups becomes a single recipient. Each recipient has one ledger entry with one state.

  3. 03

Uncertain sends go to a person, not a retry loop.

When the provider’s answer is ambiguous, the recipient is marked unknown and held for an operator’s decision instead of being resent automatically.

  4. 04

    Cancel means stop.

Every send re-checks the campaign first. A cancelled campaign stops making new provider calls within one dispatch cycle.

  5. 05

    Brands stay apart.

Brand membership is enforced in screens, APIs, background jobs, exports, files and webhooks alike, not only in the menu.

  6. 06

    Secrets stay secret.

Provider keys are stored as vault references. They are never displayed in the interface or returned by an API.

04/ The modular approach

One platform. Products as modules.

Everything a business application needs, whatever it does, lives in the CoreFrame platform. Everything specific to marketing email lives in the Mail module. New products start from the same foundations.

Product modulesslot into the frame

  • CoreFrame MailAudiences, content, campaigns, delivery
  • Your next productSame foundations, its own domain

CoreFrame platformthe frame

  • Sign-in & roles
  • Record scoping
  • Audit trail
  • Approvals
  • Files & secrets
  • Scheduling
  • API & webhooks
  • Import & export
The platform is a solid frame of shared capabilities. Product modules slot into it: CoreFrame Mail is in place, and further products can be added with the same foundations.
  • New products start further along

A product built on CoreFrame inherits sign-in, roles, audit and the operator experience instead of rebuilding them.

  • Your own instance

Each company runs its own application instance with its own database. Nothing is shared between companies.

  • Switch on what you use

Modules are enabled per instance. Who may use them is a separate, explicit permission.

How the platform works

05/ Moving over

Switch without starting from zero.

Contacts, subscription state, suppressions, groups, templates, attachments and recurring campaigns come with you. Each installation moves after a rehearsal on a copy of its own data and a reconciliation report.

What moves over
  • 01Existing templates import unchanged and are checked to render the same.
  • 02Sign-up forms and API callers keep working against the same endpoints.
  • 03Links in emails you have already sent keep working.
